Stress is a part of life, I am sure that all of us always have this situtation included me too. so it requires us to adjust. Stress is a reaction to the beginning of such adjustment. A little stress makes people become alert and are needed so we are able to motivate themselves, adapt, and immediately find ways to cope with such stress.

This type of stress called eustress, which is stress that can makes someone to be getting stronger and able to adjust. So naturally if we’re in this kind of stress conditions. Some causes of stress can be sourced from the problems of everyday life.

While some stress is actually necessary for you to function at your best, too much takes a mental and physical toll. Learn to manage stress levels to prevent anxiety, depression and other conditions.
